ORDER ISSUES

-I put in the wrong shipping address: Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

-Cart holding for items: Once an item has been added to your cart, this does not mean the stock you have selected is reserved. Stock is only allocated to your order once the payment has been accepted and the order confirmed.

-Can I send items as a gift? You can send an item to someone by using their delivery address in the shipping and you can also ask us to add a note for the present. However, we do not offer gift-wrapping.

-I have received a faulty item: Please get in touch with us and we will sort this out as soon as possible. We will ask you to return the product to us before we issue a replacement, 

 

SHIPPING
 

-I haven’t received a confirmation email and I placed my order over 24 hours ago, what shall I do? Please send us an email at service@bellabellatropical.com and we will confirm your order.

-My tracking number isn’t working, what shall I do? Please wait until the end of the day when you receive the tracking number as it does not activate until it's picked up by the delivery company. If it's still not working, please contact us at service@bellabellatropical.com

-I ordered my leggings over a week ago and haven’t heard anything back since my confirmation. Please send us an email at service@bellabellatropical.com

 

EXCHANGES

-Can I exchange a garment?

Yes, we do offer returns (with the exception of facemask) within 30 days of receiving your order if you change your mind. However, in this case, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please return your item ensuring it is in perfect condition, unworn, with tags still attached and in the original bag. If items are NOT returned in perfect condition with tags, your item will not be refunded. 

Unfortunately, due to the limited edition runs, we are unable to offer exchanges.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

-Can I return a garment? Yes, we do offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order if you change your mind. However, we do not cover the cost of the postage back to the fulfillment center so you will need to pay for this.

Please send it back to the following address ensuring it is in perfect condition, unworn, with tags still attached and in the original bag.

-How long will my refund take? Once we receive the garment back, the refund can take up to 5 business days due to quarantine processes. The refund will be made onto the same payment method used in your original purchase.

-You have received my item, when will I receive an email about my refund? As soon as the garment(s) have gone through quarantine.

This is usually just a few days.

PRODUCT AND STOCK

-The garment I want is sold out. We are planning to regularly restock. If you have missed out on the garment you want, the best thing to do is sign up for our newsletter and then you'll be the first to hear about new drops.

-Where is the size chart? The size chart is on all garments. 

-How can I find out about new releases? The best way is to sign up for our newsletter on the site or follow us on Instagram/Facebook by clicking here. 

-Where is the product made? The products are all made in Medellín, Colombia. All the swimsuits are made by two Colombian brands that we commercialize and the activewear is our own brand and entrepreneur project.
